Terms and Conditions – 123app Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service available on the platform 123app (hereinafter referred to simply as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and with the specific rules of each game or betting type available on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the services of the 123app. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the 123app regarding use of the Platform, superseding any prior understanding, whether verbal or written, on the same subject. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of individual promotions or games, the general Terms and Conditions shall prevail, except where the specific rule covers a matter not addressed in this document.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use the services of the 123app, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and be accessing the platform from within Brazilian territory.
• Have a Valid CPF and active with the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Provide information accurate, complete, and up to date in all fields of the registration form.
• Not be prohibited from participating in betting activities by court order, administrative decision, or prior self-exclusion on 123app.
• Not be an employee, a family member of an employee, or a business partner of the 123app or any company within the same corporate group.

Each individual may have only one account on 123app. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, circumvent limits, or defraud the platform is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension, with forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

By registering, you authorize the 123app to verify the information provided against public and private databases, including CPF lookups and identity validations, as required to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

2.1 Responsibility for Registration Information

You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date at all times. If your name, address, email, or banking details change, update your account immediately through the settings panel or contact 123app. 123app is not responsible for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

The 123app applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation. Identity verification may be requested at any time, particularly in the following situations:

• Before the first withdrawal is processed or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds.
• When there is a discrepancy between the registered account information and the payment details used.
• In situations indicating suspicious activity, as determined by the internal compliance team.
• As required by regulation or upon request from competent authorities.

Documents that may be requested include: a photo ID (RG or CNH), a recent proof of address (issued within the last three months), a selfie holding your document, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used.

The minimum deposit on the 123app is R$ 10.00 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, but transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional verification procedures in accordance with the platform's regulatory obligations.

4.1 Payment Ownership

All deposits must be made from a bank account, digital wallet, or card held in the name of the user registered on the 123app. Deposits made by third parties, including family members, will be returned and may result in account suspension. 123app does not accept cash payments or payments through methods not listed above.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawing balances from the 123app is available for verified accounts with no active restrictions. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 per transaction. The preferred method is Pix, with funds credited to the user's bank account within 10 minutes of request approval.

For withdrawals via other methods, processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and the availability of the banking system. The 123app processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received, typically within the first few hours after submission on business days.

5.1 General Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, whenever technically possible.
• Balances derived solely from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the corresponding rollover requirements have been fully met.
• The 123app may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or in situations that indicate a need for enhanced verification.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the user while they still have a "processing" status. Once approved, cancellation is no longer possible.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, the 123app may block or reverse withdrawals and hold balances while the investigation is ongoing.

6. Betting and General Rules

The 123app offers Sports Betting and Live Casino games. Each category has its own specific rules available on the platform, but the following general rules apply to all bets placed:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the cash out feature is available and active for that specific bet.
• The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds applied to the ticket, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• The 123app reserves the right to correct odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be cancelled or adjusted, and the user will be notified accordingly.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement will be cancelled and the amount returned to the user's balance.
• If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the end of regular time, the sport-specific rules will determine how affected bets are settled. Please refer to the rules for each sport on the platform.
• Bets placed in collusion with other users, involving result manipulation, or using insider information will be cancelled and may result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved.

6.1 Live Betting

Live betting on 123app are subject to connection availability and the proper functioning of real-time odds transmission systems. In the event of a technical interruption during a live bet, 123app applies the specific rules of each event to determine how the bet is handled. Cash out may not be available during system instability or at certain points in a game.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

The 123app offers welcome bonuses, periodic promotions, and loyalty programs subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

9. Conduct and Prohibited Use

Violating any of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, cancellation of balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a legal offence.

10. Account Closure

You may request closure of your account on the 123app at any time through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance (excluding unreleased bonuses) may be withdrawn, provided all applicable withdrawal requirements are met.

The 123app may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Proven violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful use of the platform.
• User identified as being under 18 years of age.

• Losses resulting from betting or game outcomes, which are inherently random or dependent on unpredictable sporting events.
• Losses caused by internet connection failures, defective devices, or other technical issues on the user's end.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Information provided by third parties or content external to the platform.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the 123app to an individual user for direct damages arising from use of the platform will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the event that caused the damage, except where Brazilian law does not permit such a limitation.

14. Changes to the Terms

The 123app reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms will constitute automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any available balance.

All previous versions of the Terms and Conditions of the 123app remain available for consultation for a period of two years from the date of their replacement, upon request to support.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the applicable legislation governing Sports Betting and gambling in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
